At CareerHit (www.careerhit.in), we specialize in delivering digital educational resources and e-books electronically. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds (General Policy)
Due to the intangible nature of digital products, all sales made through CareerHit are final.
•    Once a purchase is completed and the download link has been generated or emailed to you, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
•    This policy applies even if you have not downloaded or opened the file yet, as the access has already been granted.
•    We do not offer refunds for "change of mind," "accidental purchase," or if the material does not meet your personal expectations, as sample details are provided before purchase.
2. No Returns
Unlike physical goods, digital books and PDF notes cannot be "returned" or "exchanged" once delivered, as they cannot be unread or reclaimed. Please ensure you have carefully reviewed the product title, description, and syllabus coverage before making a payment.
3. Technical Exceptions (Defective Content)
While our general policy is "No Refunds," we will assist you if there is a technical error on our end. If you receive a corrupted file, a blank file, or the wrong file, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
•    Resolution: We will first attempt to provide you with a correct, working copy of the file.
•    If we are unable to fix the issue, a full refund may be processed at our discretion. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
4. Chargebacks and ACIM Protection
We take fraud and unauthorized payment reversals seriously.
•    Chargebacks: Any customer who initiates a credit card chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support first will be permanently banned from the website.
•    ACIM Trigger: As per our Terms of Use, non-payment, unauthorized reversals, or fraudulent refund requests will trigger the Adaptive Content Integrity Mechanism (ACIM). This will result in the immediate revocation of access to the purchased content and may lock the files to prevent further usage.
